The house is of a very good quality, and is about 5 minutes drive from Alhaurin el Grande. About 15 from Coin and Cartama. There are several ways to get there.
When you enter the plot, you will have to the left a carport and a good size storage room with a fully equiped (but small) bathroom. This storage room is empty and can be perfectly used as a hobby area.
Walking further you have to your left hand the pool. It is a good size pool, about 7 by 3,5. Surrounded with artificial grass.
Going towards the house you first have a covered terrace and the you enter the house in a spacious open living room and kitchen. The atmosphere in the house is real Spanish, nice high ceilings, lot´s of wood. The kitchen has a seperate utility room and storage area.
