*We have availability in Winter for mid term rental. We ask one month rent as a deposit and the price is 4000 euros per month.
*Feel free to ask for availability on any other dates for short term rentals.
*Its obligatory to give access to the gardener and poolman who maintain the outside area of the villa.
*We provide a monthly cleaning in case you stay two months or longer which is included in the price.
*Final cleaning fee of 300 euros (excl. VAT) is not included in the price.
